Insurance claims

Insured or paying out of pocket, bring it in. We photograph and document the damage and give you an itemized estimate you can send to your insurance adjuster.

From damage to documentation

  1. 01

    Document the collision

Send damage photos, truck details and a description of what happened.

  2. 02

    Inspect the truck

Book an in-person inspection so we can assess the damage beyond the photos.

  3. 03

    Share your estimate

Use your damage documentation and itemized repair estimate when speaking with your adjuster.

Bring your claim details

  • Insurance company and claim number, if available
  • Adjuster’s name and contact details
  • Truck information and collision photos
  • Any documents or estimates you have already received

Insurance company relationships

We have not established insurance company relationships yet and do not claim approved or preferred repair-shop status.

Your insurer determines coverage, deductibles and claim approval. A photo estimate is preliminary; final repair pricing follows an in-person inspection.

Submitting requests shop follow-up, not insurer approval or an appointment.
